With approximately 20 fully trained Field Service Technicians at each of our branches, our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a response time of only 1-2 hours when required.
To ensure smooth running, an internal Field Service Controller and an "on the road” supervisor at each of our branches make sure both customers and field service technicians receive the support and service required.
Each of our workshops are modern and well-equipped, offering complete major overhauls and rebuild facilities.
Machines are picked up and delivered by our own tilt tray transporters, ensuring maximum care is taken at all times.
Our workshop staff promote visits to our premises by customers, as they are keen to display their commitment to customer service.
